What you learn
- Put the stages in the life of a piece of equipment in order (commission, operate, maintain, retire) and say what is checked and what is recorded in each one.
- Calculate how many load cycles a part adds up and in how many days it reaches a limit set by testing.
- Distinguish reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance, and set a replacement interval from tests with scatter.
- Write a procedure with scope, steps with references, numerical criteria and a record.
- Test a procedure with another person and decide, against a tolerance written beforehand, whether they achieved the same result.
Who it is for
