Refunds
If you paid and the course did not arrive
Write to contacto@neocity.cl with your order number. If the payment is confirmed, the link is resent; if the course cannot be delivered, the full payment is refunded.
If the file is damaged or is not the course you bought
It is replaced with the correct file or the full payment is refunded, at the buyer's choice.
Right of withdrawal

How the money is returned
